Mango yoghurt popsicles

(made 10 small icypoles)
Mango madness has struck again this summer as my mum bought 3 boxes from Flemington markets right before Christmas! Being the only child left in Sydney we gladly inherited half the lot :) I may have encouraged this behaviour by saying that I was hoping to put our newly purchased Ikea and Aldi moulds to good use... Nonetheless, mum always surprises me with how much she gets! Hurray for Sydney summers (and for bargains at the markets)!
These healthy ice-cream alternatives have been great for my little toddler who is yet to be exposed to the wide world of ice-cream so she is more than happy with these no-added-sugar options made with yoghurt. They're so easy to make my 2 year old basically made it with just a little help, and they're pretty much like a Mango Weiss bar so young and old can enjoy! Aldi special buy winner :)

Prep time: 5 minutes
Freezing time: 6 hours

Ingredients
2 mangoes
1 cup Greek yoghurt
pieces of mango, strawberry or blueberry to add in

Method
1. Chop the mango into thirds, cut and scoop out the flesh from the cheeks of the mango and extract as much flesh as you can from the seed. Place into a blender.
2. Add in the yoghurt and blend.
Of course, my little girls favourite part was licking the yoghurt spoon and sneaking in some mango pieces
3. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 6 hours.
