Banana and peanut butter popsicles

(makes 8 to 10)
Tasty home-made ice blocks that just take a few minutes to make and are a great way to use up those dying bananas. Bananas are the perfect texture for making creamy smooth ice blocks and always great to have a healthy treat handy for these warm summer days.
Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
2 medium ripe banana
1/4 cup peanut butter, crunchy or smooth
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
a few chocolate chips (optional)

Method
1. Place banana, peanut butter, yoghurt, milk and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
2. If desired, add a few chocolate chips at the bottom of the mould then pour the banana mixture into the moulds and freeze overnight. 
3. Enjoy!
