RDP: Experimenting with Easy Japanese

If you had to eat one cuisine for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
This is one of those silly questions that comes up here and there, and after much consideration (like seriously, a lot of thought and discussion with numerous people), my final answer would be Japanese. There are a lot of close 2nds, but Japanese is just so simple, healthy and nutritious that at least i wouldn't have to worry about becoming obese with it!
So the theme for my 2nd Random Dinner Party was sort of developed around this thought, with the inspiration to re-create (or try to perfect) most of my favourite Japanese dishes, especially the ones i usually order when i'm out. You know, just in case i get stuck on a desert island and have to eat one cuisine for the rest of my life.
A bit of a colour theme, and plenty of drinks supplied by the guests!
