Day 6
New Year's Day (rest day)

We had a nice relaxing break on New year's day; hanging out at the campsite, bit of food prep and tried a few goodies from the local bakery. We also went to Nowra cinemas and watched Rogue One, then went out on a little date to LEAF (Love eating asian food) - pretty good for a mixed asian restaurant in Nowra :)
Day 7
Breakfast: Omelettes
Lunch: Paul's special chicken wings/drumsticks, Crispy noodle and cabbage salad (V) |
Dinner: Lamb shoulder and bean stew,
served with cous cous and steamed vegetables

Supper: Banana bread, doubled as a sampler for the café! |
Day 8
Breakfast: Leftover sausages and garlic kale & spinach
Lunch: Thai beef / tofu (V) salad
Morning tea: Paul's lemon birthday cake for one of the campers |
Afternoon tea: Blueberry or apple & cinnamon muffins |
Day 9
Breakfast: Hash browns and scrambled eggs
Lunch: Chicken Caesar salad |
Dinner: Family feast! Roast beef catered by Greenwell Point Butchers Roasted potatoes, crispy noodle salad, pasta salad |
Supper: Home-made ice-cream (cookies & cream, honeycomb) - made by some awesome people on team! Served with caramel popcorn and leftover muffin |
Day 10
Breakfast: Shallot omelettes
Lunch: Leftover roast beef, gravy and salads |
'Fancy' Last night team dinner: Zucchini and leek risotto with pearl cous cous (V), topped with bacon-wrapped asparagus, served with truffle mash and broccolini |
Supper: Apple crumble and chocolate brownies with ice-cream
