(served 9, probably enough food for 18!)
I do love Christmas in July, a chance to have a nice winter-warming meal inside with friends. This year i thought it was about time we had the lovely Fatigue/Lifestyle Clinic crew over for dinner. Unfortunately our busy timetables were hard to organise and an epic fail on my part meant we had to push it out to August, but was still a great winter night in :)
This was our first time cooking a traditional Christmas ham, and it was quite fun planning the menu around it!
