Baby banana and blueberry muffins

(makes 24 mini muffins)
Super simple recipe to use up our very ripe bananas and our delicious blueberries that we bought from Flemington! Two of our little ones favourite fruits combined with the goodness of wholemeal and no need for any added sugar. I think I've converted to using wholemeal flour for baking (at least baby goods, possibly adult ones too) as it tastes healthier in a good way, stays fluffy and soft and has more fibre!

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 egg
60 g butter, melted
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups wholemeal plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 punnet (125 g) fresh blueberries

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200C, and prepare a muffin tray with spray oil (or we found we had these silicone mini muffin cases which are very handy as you don't need to oil them, except we only have 16 of them...).
2. Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl, then add the egg, butter and baking soda dissolved in milk.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until just combined.
4. Spoon about a tea spoon into each muffin case, or fill it approximately three-quarters full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
