Pesto pasta with mix tomatoes and bocconcini

(serves 6-8)
Inspired by the Classic Caprese Salad. 
Whilst trying to come up with a new pasta dish to impress, one person said 'pesto' and another said 'bruschetta' and this is what i ended up with. I decided to stick to the basics of every italian dish: mozzarella, tasty fresh tomatoes and basil. 

Prep time: 20 min
Cooking time: 15 min

Ingredients:
500g casarecce (pasta)
200g green beans
400g tomato Medley pack
400g bambini boccocini
400g pesto
1/2 bunch basil
handful of roasted pine nuts

Method:
1. Top and tail the green beans and blanch the green beans.
2. Finely slice the basil.
3. Rinse and halve the tomatoes.
4. Cook the pasta until al dente.
5. Heat a deep pan with 1/2 T oil, add some garlic and sauté the green beans.
6. Add 2 tsp pesto to the beans, mix through and then add the cooked pasta and the rest of the pesto. Once the pesto is well-mixed, take the pan off the heat and toss the tomatoes and boccocini through.
7. Serve with basil and pine nuts.
