(serving 12)
We've had a recent tradition of celebrating Christmas with the high school gang a couple days after the Christmas feasts, and this year Sririn suggested we have a theme. I decided to do a cheese-y theme, with everyone bringing a bit of cheese and dressing in at least one cheesy Christmas item! This was mostly inspired by me being given a cheese-making kit for my birthday and I hadn't had a chance to trial it yet so thought i'd try my hand at it for this special occasion. It was not as easy as i was hoping... but 6L of milk later, we finally got a little bit of mozzarella success!
As always, Christmas and the end of year is a lovely time to get together with good friends, kick back over a meal and chat, relax, catch up, and think about what has gone by and what lies ahead. This year we had the pleasure of two little ones joining us, very exciting to see the little NSG gang growing :)
